We want you to love your PDPAOLA pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your order. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the signature packaging.

Start Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the jewelry in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective films are intact.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated courier point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
